SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DO YOU SHIP NATIONWIDE?
Yes, we can ship our products throughout the United Sates.
DO YOU EXPORT?
Yes, we can export our products outside the USA and in coordination with the client’s freight forwarder.
ON AVERAGE, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
This depends on various factors but on average, the delivery lead-time for local South Florida orders is 4-7 business days after the order has been placed, and 5 to 10 business days for orders outside our local delivery zone requiring 3rd party shipping partners.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout after you introduce your shipping address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
99% of our orders have tracking information, when your oder is shipped you will received an email with your tracking code. You can track your packages items directly from the email or your order page.

OUTLET AND SCRATCH & DENT MERCHANDISE
WHAT IS OUTLET MERCHANDISE?
Outlet merchandise consists of products liquidated by the big box retailer. They are basically new furniture in boxes at used prices. These are normally customer returned goods, discontinued merchandise, overstock and/or open box.
WHAT IS SCRATCH & DENT MERCHANDISE?
Scratch & Dent (S&D) are goods liquidated by the big box retailer but failed our quality assurance review upon receipt. An item with S&D classification means all the components necessary to assemble the product are present and in good state but possess imperfection such as a scratch and or dent(s).
DO YOU SHIP SCRATCH & DENT PRODUCTS?
Yes but only after the client has inspected the item with our QA team and has accepted the terms & conditions related to the purchase of S&D products. Inspections are only done in our warehouse and with the client present.
DO YOU SHIP PRE-OWNED PRODUCTS?
Yes but only after the client has inspected the item with our QA team and has accepted the terms & conditions related to the purchase of S&D products. Inspections are only done in our warehouse and with the client present.
WILL YOU BUY OUR USED FURNITURE?

OTHER SERVICES AND POLICIES
DO YOU OFFER MORE SERVICES?
Yes, we can offer moving and relocation services of your office furniture if the origin and destination addresses are within the tri-county South Florida markets of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
